Acp sheet Aluminum Composite Panels are made of 0.3-50mm thick aluminum , with a core of polyethylene (LDPE). Fire protection classes:AA,B1
Applications with pre-processing and finishing such as milled edges or bending, The aluminum composite panel is lightweight with comparatively high stability, has a smooth surface and is therefore well suited for screen printing, direct digital printing and as a lamination panel.
(Special) sizes & freeforms:
we offer the stock format 1220 x 2440 mm or as customer's requsets.
We are happy to cut individual (special) formats and free-forms according to your specifications: cutting service.

How to process:
1.Store enough aluminum sheets and polyethylene plastic,and conduct corresponding inspection and quality control
2.The aluminum sheet and plastic sanwich layer are hot press formed to firmly bond them together and form the final panel product.
3.The completed ACP panels need to undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that they meet industry standards.
4.After qualified ACP panels are packaged,they can be shipped to customers or distributors.
Application :
mainly used for lamination or as a carrier board and in the area of trade fair construction, POS/POP display, interior design and for cladding.Aluminum composite panel is used in both interior and exterior building applications, such as cladding, façade, roofing, signage, and partition walls. It is used in various types of buildings, including commercial, residential, industrial, and institutional buildings.
